After being pregnant with her twin girls and gaining 65lbs, Jessica is able to really relate with her new moms that are struggling to lose those last few pounds of baby weight.

Jessica Janc has been a part of the Fitness Industry since 1992. She attended the University of Utah where she studied Exercise Sports Science with an emphasis on Nutrition. She has been a certified Aerobic Instructor and Personal trainer for thirteen years. She studied under the Stott Certification in Pilates, is Bosu certified, is Ace Certified in Lifestyle and Weight Management and a Sports Nutritionist certified with NASN.

Jessica was a competitive gymnast for over 10 years. She won the Miss Fitness Utah Pageant in 1994 and went on to many National Competitions where she placed in the top 5. She went on to dance with the Utah Jazz professional basketball team for two years. She continued to head up, choreograph, and dance with a fitness company for over 5 years where she was taken all over the world to perform for various fitness events. She continues to dance with a local band called Atomic Groove.

Jessica worked with Ultrafit Nutrition Systems for 6yrs and now has started her own nutrition business where she plans to incorporate more mind-body awareness to clients and teach them how to change their thought process to reach their goals After being pregnant with her twin girls and gaining 65lbs, Jessica is able to really relate with her new moms that are struggling to lose those last few pounds of baby weight. She also has worked with many triathletes trying to improve their athletic performance. Jessica also has worked with children and families trying to just become healthy overall She loves helping families work together and helping parents to be good examples for their children so that good nutrition can start early and be carried on to their adult lives.

Jessica’s entire life has been centered around fitness and nutrition. She has been counseling clients for over 13 years of the importance of proper balance and nutrient’s in a person’s diet to improve athletic performance, stamina, and over all health. She truly cares about her client’s well-being and loves to see people become healthy and more vibrant.
