Putting Nutrition and Fitness together is a sure fire way to get the results you are looking for! Jessica will meet with you twice a week for a half an hour to Go over the basics of nutrition. She will help you learn how to navigate through lifes situations and help you learn how to make healthy choices 80-90% of the time. You will get weekly menus, grocery list and recipes to follow and a new nutrition discussion each week going over eating out, tips for busy people, eating healthy on vacation, cooking healthy, going organic, and more. Learn how to incorporate the foods you love and still reach your goals!
Then, you will meet with different trainers each week to show the ins and outs of weight training and cross training to shock your body, build muscle, and in turn, increase your metabolism to lose fat and gain muscle. Go to any nutritionist and trainer at the same time and you will be spending upwards to $1600.00! Our program gives you the same benefits for much less! Don't wait, summer is upon us!
